Al Bart Employee Notifications provides optional, low-volume operational messages to employees who have agreed to receive them.

Program name and purpose

Al Bart Employee Notifications is operated by Al Bart Home Improvement LLC. The program sends internal operational messages to employees, including work schedule updates, Daily Job Log reminders, missing-log alerts, and important job-related information. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How employees opt in

Employees opt in verbally during onboarding or directly with an Al Bart Home Improvement manager. The manager explains that Al Bart Employee Notifications sends automated internal operational messages, including work schedule updates, Daily Job Log reminders, missing-log alerts, and job-related information; that message frequency varies and may be up to 10 messages per week; that message and data rates may apply; and that the employee may reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. The manager provides links to these SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy, then asks, “Do you agree to receive these text messages? Please answer yes or no.” Only after the employee answers yes and provides a mobile number does an authorized manager record the number and consent in the secure Al Bart Operations dashboard. The employee is told that enrollment is complete and receives a confirmation text. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on work assignments, schedule changes, Daily Job Log activity, and other operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to the employee's wireless plan. Al Bart Home Improvement does not charge employees to participate in the program.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, the employee will receive a confirmation and no further program messages unless the employee provides new consent. An authorized manager may also record an employee's opt-out directly in the Al Bart Operations dashboard.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the employee's carrier, device, coverage, and wireless service.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent are handled according to the Al Bart Home Improvement Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support message delivery and are required to protect the information.
