When you tell us about a project, we use that information to respond, plan a visit, and prepare the work—not to sell your information.What we collect
When you request an estimate, we may collect your name, phone number, company or building name, job town or ZIP code, optional street address or unit, type of work, urgency, project size, desired timeline, project description, and preferred or alternate visit dates and times. If you contact us by email, we also receive your email address. If you become a customer or work with Al Bart Home Improvement, we may keep information needed to prepare estimates, schedule work, coordinate projects and crews, document changes, send operational notifications, and maintain business records.
How we use it
We use your information to review the project, contact you, confirm a site visit, prepare an estimate, schedule and manage approved work, coordinate with the crew or trade professionals, and maintain records connected to the project. We may also use it to respond to questions or follow up on a request you made.
When information is shared
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with crew members, subcontractors, trade professionals, suppliers, or service providers only when reasonably needed to evaluate, schedule, or complete the work. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, customers, or business.
SMS privacy
Employees may voluntarily provide a mobile number and consent to receive internal operational text messages, such as schedule updates, Daily Job Log reminders, missing-log alerts, and job-related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support message delivery and are required to protect the information. Storage and security
Estimate requests are stored in our private work-calendar system, and other project information may be kept in the business tools we use to manage work. We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to limit access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit highly sensitive information through the estimate form.
Website technology
The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. Our website and form providers may process standard technical information—such as IP address, browser type, and server logs—to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot their services.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information that you submitted, subject to records we reasonably need to keep for active work, contracts, warranties, accounting, insurance, or legal obligations. Contact us using the information below.
